Предисловие: Как видно из названия, Стандартные Рабочие Процедуры представляют собой набор руководящих принципов, которым необходимо следовать, когда станция работает в штатном режиме. Нарушение Стандартных Рабочих Процедур без уважительной причины является основанием для понижения в должности по усмотрению соответствующего Главы Отдела. Кроме того, слепо следовать СРП при игнорировании контекста смены - смехотворно плохая идея. СРП является податливым, если того требует ситуация. Общим благополучием и надлежащим функционированием экипажа и станции не следует жертвовать ради неукоснительного соблюдения СРП. Помните, контекст важнее.

У Nanotrasen есть стандартный набор процедур, которым должен следовать персонал, когда возникает (или нет) чрезвычайная ситуация. Это должно гарантировать, что все действия в интересах Nanotrasen. Невыполнение этих требований может привести к увольнению / понижению в должности. Крайне серьезные или повторяющиеся случаи могут привести к блокировке профессии.

Наряду с рекомендациями, перечисленными ниже, у каждого отдела есть свои собственные Стандартные Рабочие Процедуры, которые должны соблюдаться при любой возможности.

Alert Levels

Security Level Green - Status: All clear; no threats on-board/near the station

"Attention! Security level lowered to green. All threats to the station have passed. All weapons need to be holstered and privacy laws are once again fully enforced."

Called by: Anyone with Captain-Level Access at a working Communications Console.

Conditions:

• Default Alert Code at the start of the shift. Do not change unless a threat is suspected/confirmed;

OR

• All confirmed/suspected threats to the station and/or crew have been handled, or simply vanished on their own. It is recommended that, after 15+ minutes on Code Blue without any hostile activity, Code Green be called;

Security:

• All weapons must be holstered or kept in pockets/suit storage slots unless absolutely required;

• Random searches are not permitted without express permission by either the Head of Security, Captain or Magistrate. However, searches are still permitted if there is reasonable suspicion of a crime

Secure Areas:

EVA Storage, Tech Storage, Gravity Generator, Engineering Secure Storage, AI Upload, Teleporter, Vault, Gateway, anywhere else requiring a restricted level of access that does not get regularly used

• While it is not recommended that Secure Areas be bolted down if unused, it is not prohibited. EVA, in particular, should be left unbolted due to its use by Engineers and Atmospheric Technicians. Exceptions are below;

• The Gateway is not to be opened without permission from the Captain or Acting Captain;

• The Vault is not to be opened unless repairs are required, gold is required for Research and Development (in case Mining fails to deliver) or a critical item needs to be hidden in the safe

General Crew:

• While not required, it is recommended that the crew activate and maximize their Suit Sensors, due to the potential for workplace accidents;

• Free transit through the station is permitted for the crew, outside of Secure Areas

Security Level Blue - Status: There is a suspected threat on-board/near the station

"Attention! Security level elevated to blue. The station has received reliable information about possible hostile activity on the station. Security staff may have weapons visible and random searches are permitted."

Called by: Anyone with Captain-Level Access at a working Communications Console.

Conditions:

• There is a suspected threat on-board the station, or at a nearby location in space. This includes any signs of hostile activity that have not caused any damage to station or crew, but nonetheless seem present

OR

• Confirmed Code Red threats have been properly handled or subsided on their own. It is recommended that, after 15+ minutes on Code Red without any hostile activity, Code Blue be called

Security:

• Weapons do not need to be holstered. However, it is recommended that Security personnel follow Security SOP in order to prevent accidents and to be fully aware of armament procedure;

• Random searches are fully permitted. Security personnel may detain any personnel refusing a random search in order to conduct said search;

Secure Areas:

EVA Storage, Tech Storage, Gravity Generator, Engineering Secure Storage, AI Upload, Teleporter, Vault, Gateway, anywhere else requiring a restricted level of access that does not get regularly used

• It is recommended that all Secure Areas be bolted down unless their use is necessary;

• Excursions into the Gateway are not recommended, unless they are rescue parties

General Crew:

• All personnel are highly recommended to maximize their Suit Sensors;

• Personnel are to report any suspicious activity to the nearest member of Security, or use their PDA or Headsets if required;

• Personnel are highly encouraged to exercise caution, even if the threat is only suspected. Following simple safety procedures (such as not going through Maintenance alone) can prevent needless accidents;

• Visitors to the station (anyone with Civilian-level access) are recommended to stay in public areas, for their safety

Security Level Red - Status: There is a confirmed, hostile threat on-board/near the station

"Attention! Code Red! There is an immediate and serious threat to the station. Security may have weapons unholstered at all times. Random searches are allowed and advised."

Called by: Any two personnel with Command-Level Access, at a Card Swiper. Requires close timing.

Conditions:

• There is a confirmed, hostile threat on-board the station or nearby in space. This threat should pose recognizable danger to the station and/or crew at large

Security:

• Security personnel should read Security SOP for armament, armory and safety procedures;

• Random searches are fully permitted and recommended. Security personnel may detain any personnel refusing a random search in order to conduct said search;

• Security personnel are to cooperate fully with any Central Command Staff (such as Emergency Response Teams) in order to eliminate the threat to the station

Secure Areas:

EVA Storage, Tech Storage, Gravity Generator, Engineering Secure Storage, AI Upload, Teleporter, Vault, Gateway, anywhere else requiring a restricted level of access that does not get regularly used

• All Secure Areas are to be bolted down. Secure Areas may be left unbolted at the discretion of Command personnel;

• Excursions into the Gateway are prohibited, unless they are rescue parties

General Crew:

• All personnel are required to maximize their Suit Sensors;

• All personnel are to remain inside their Departments for the duration of Code Red, unless specifically requested by Security and/or Command;

• Visitors to the station (anyone with Civilian-level access) are to remain inside the Bar, Library or Dormitories for the duration of Code Red;

• Personnel are to follow the instructions of Security staff, so long as they are within the bounds of Space Law and are not acting against the general well-being of the station and its crew. Failure to do so may lead to their arrest for Creating a Workplace Hazard

Security Level Gamma - Status: There is a massive threat to the safety of the station and crew

"Attention! Gamma security level activated! Central Command has ordered the Gamma security level on the station. Security is to have weapons equipped at all times, and all civilians are to immediately seek their nearest head for transportation to a secure location. The station's Gamma armory has been unlocked and is ready for use."

Called by: Central Command. Use a Communications Console or Fax Machine in order to explain the situation. Remember, Gamma is rarely called, for good reason. Having a well-written, concise fax that explains the situation to the best of your ability, as well as why it deserves Code Gamma being called, signed and stamped by the Captain or Acting Captain, goes a long way towards ensuring Gamma is provided. Remember, this is for extreme emergencies only.

Conditions:

• There is a massive threat to the continued safety of the station and crew, threatening the very existence of the Cyberiad;

• However, this threat is not yet big enough to warrant the destruction of the Cyberiad, and Central Command may still want to protect their assets

Security:

• Martial Law is enacted. Security personnel have full permission to do whatever it takes to ensure that the safety of the station and crew is maintained, up to and including detaining any personnel interfering with emergency procedures;

• Random searches are fully permitted, allowed and encouraged. Security personnel may detain any personnel refusing a random search in order to conduct said search;

• Security is to secure the contents of the Gamma Armory and distribute it to Security personnel in order to handle the threat. Non-Security personnel (including members of the Legal Sub-Department) are not to receive these weapons unless necessary;

• Security personnel are to cooperate fully with any Central Command Staff (such as Emergency Response Teams) in order to eliminate the threat to the station

Secure Areas:

EVA Storage, Tech Storage, Gravity Generator, Engineering Secure Storage, AI Upload, Teleporter, Vault, Gateway, anywhere else requiring a restricted level of access that does not get regularly used

• All Secure Areas are to be bolted down. Secure Areas may be left unbolted at the discretion of Command personnel;

• Excursions into the Gateway are fully prohibited

General Crew:

• All personnel are required to maximize their Suit Sensors;

• All personnel are to remain inside their Departments until such a point as Code Gamma has passed, unless specifically requested by Security and/or Command, or their particular skills can help resolve the situation (such as Field Medics or Engineers);

• Visitors to the station (anyone with Civilian-level access) are to remain inside the Bar, Library or Dormitories until such a point as Code Gamma has passed;

• Personnel are to follow the instructions of Security staff, so long as they are within the bounds of Space Law and are not acting against the general well-being of the station and its crew. Failure to do so may lead to their arrest for Creating a Workplace Hazard

Security Level Delta - Status: The station's Nuclear Fission Device has been armed

"Attention! Delta security level reached! The station's self-destruct mechanism has been engaged. All crew are instructed to obey all instructions given by heads of staff. Any violations of these orders can be punished by death. This is not a drill."

Called by: Malfunctioning AI Units or the on-board Nuclear Fission Device being activated.

Conditions:

• A Malfunctioning AI Unit has dropped all semblance of stealth and activated their Override Mechanism

OR

• The on-board Nuclear Fission Device has been activated by Command or Central Command personnel. Though it does not trigger Code Delta, Nuclear Operative Nuclear Operations should still be considered as a Code Delta situation

Security:

• In the case of a Malfunctioning AI Unit, all Security personnel are required to drop whatever it is they are doing, and proceed to neutralize the AI Unit. Any relevant help from station personnel (such as Engineers or Scientists) is not to be turned down;

• In the case of Nuclear Operatives, defusing the bomb is not recommended. Security personnel are to escort all other personnel off-station;

• In the case of a Central Command-authorized activation of the on-board Nuclear Fission Device, all Security personnel are to stand down

Secure Areas:

EVA Storage, Tech Storage, Gravity Generator, Engineering Secure Storage, AI Upload, Teleporter, Vault, Gateway, anywhere else requiring a restricted level of access that does not get regularly used

• Procedures are irrelevant

General Crew:

• In the case of a Malfunctioning AI Unit or Nuclear Operatives, all non-vital personnel are to evacuate off-station immediately;

• In the case of a Central Command-authorized activation of the on-board Nuclear Fission Device, all personnel are to stand down

Процедуры при ЧП

The following situations are well within the range of conventional station operations and should serve as firm guidelines for emergency and non-emergency situations.

Политика Приема на работу/Перевода

• Приемом на работу заведует Глава Отдела. Если таковой отсутствует рекомендуется повысить одного из работников до этой должности. В отсутствии Главы Отдела Капитан/Глава Персонала исходят из своего мнения (see Command SOP for any exceptions);

• Для повышения до Главы Отдела требуется разрешение Капитана или Его заместителя;

• The following jobs require permission from Central Command before hiring/transfer is done: Blueshield, NanoTrasen Representative, Magistrate, Security Pod Pilot, Brig Physician, Mechanic and Barber. The same applies to any functionally identical job with another title;

• Все новые работники Отделов Безопасности и Закона должны быть проверены на подозрительные связи. В случае приемлемой истории работника ему следует имплантировать имплант защиты разума и принять на работу

Политика Увольнения/Понижения

• В случае полного увольнения сотрудника со станции его ID следует уничтожить;

• В случае увольнения рекомендуется заменить должность на ассистента, однако также возможен перевод на должность клоуна или уборщика;

• Увольнение/понижение запрещено без соглашение Главы Отдела или Капитана. See Chain of Command for how to handle dismissing a member of Command;

• Персонал должен самостоятельно прийти к Главе Персонала для Увольнения/понижения в противном случае он должен быть доставлен силой офицером службы безопасности;

• После объявления по радио каналу от законного представителя власти о Увольнении/Понижении нахождение в отделе будет считаться нарушением для уволенного. Также нахождение в его рюкзаке вещей из данного отдела будет считаться кражой. Рекомендуется кооперация с сотрудниками безопасности для предотвращения попадания в тюрьму

Распространенные причины Увольнения/Понижения

Refer to the above for dismissal authority. Ultimately, the decision to fire/demote any personnel falls to the relevant Head of Staff or Captain. This is merely a list of reasons to fire someone over.

• Любое нарушение СРП повлекшее среднюю или серьезную задержку в работе станции без обоснованной причины;

• Любое преступление статьи 2xx и выше;

• Критическая некомпетентность в работе;

• Отказ следовать законным требования Главы Отдела. Законность требований определяет Капитан или Глава Персонала;

• Создание не безопасной и/или токсичной рабочей среды. Personnel consistently berating, insulting, belittling, or otherwise treating their coworkers like dirt, should be immediately disciplined

Группы Немедленного Реагирования

Процедуры Экипажа

• ГНР разрешено вызывать только при уровне тревоги Красный или выше;

• ГНР и Эвакуационный шаттл Харон нельзя вызвать в одно и тоже время. Необходимо выбрать одно из двух;

• ГНР следует вызывать только если станция неспособна справиться с угрозой своими силами. Недостаток офицеров СБ при гуляющем на станции Маньяке или недостаток Инженеров при разгерметизации станции;

• ГНР нельзя вызвать без согласия большинства Глав на станции;

• Следует выполнять любые приказыГНР если они не откровенно незаконны и идут против интересов NanoTrasen. Следует помнить что ГНР подчиняется только ЦК

Процедуры ГНР

• Лидер ГНР должен гарантировать нахождение всей его команды в челноке прежде чем отправляться на станцию;

• Лидер ЕРТ считается самым главным человеком на станции и его приказы должны выполняться если они не откровенно незаконны и идут против интересов NanoTrasen;

• Все члены ЕРТ должны включить свои камеры(кликнув по кнопке рядом с их шлемом)и сохранять постоянную связь внутри команды;

• ЕРТ само определяет приоритетность любой деятельности на станции. Отклонения от их плана запрещены;

• ЕРТ должны не допустить попадание своего снаряжение любому члену экипажа или представителю угрозы станции

Эвакуационый шаттл Харон

• ГНР и Эвакуационный шаттл Харон нельзя вызвать в одно и тоже время. Необходимо выбрать одно из двух;

• В случае нахождении на станции враждебных представляющих биологическую опасность форм жизни (Таких как Ксеноморфы или Блоб классов 7-10), Необходимо предупредить ЦК прежде чем вызывать шаттл. Нарушение данной процедуры повлечет за собой отзыва шаттла для сохранения карантина. Также шаттл могут вовсе не выслать по той же причине;

• После вызова Харона члены экипажа должны собраться в Лобби Отбытия за пять минут до отправления;

• Запрещено досрочное отправление Харона на ЦК кроме случаев когда Целостность шаттла или его экипажа под угрозой (Выход из под контроля Сингулярности, метеоритный дождь, призыв на станции древнего забытого ужаса);

• Все заключенные брига должны быть переведены в бриг шаттла;

• Всему персоналу находящемуся в критическом состоянии должна быть оказана первая помощь.

Черезвычайные ситуации

Emergency Situation Procedures

The following situations are so outside the range of conventional station operation, that special procedure was drawn up for them. These are by no means rigid guidelines, but merely server as an indicator on what should be done to preserve the integrity of the station and its crew.

32px Пожар/Утечка Газа

• Весь персонал должен покинуть пострадавшую зону;

• Запрещено вскрывать двери отгораживающие зону. Открытие этих дверей до разрешения проблемы считается нарушением статьи 300/400;

• Инженеры и Атмосферные техники должны проследовать к зоне и вернуть ее в рабочее и безопасное для здоровья экипажа состояние

Вспышка Вируса

A Viral Outbreak is defined as a situation where a Viral Pathogen has infected a significant portion of the crew (>10%). In the event of a Viral Outbreak, all infected personnel are to direct themselves to Medbay immediately. Any personnel experiencing odd symptoms are also recommended to head to Medbay, even if there is no Viral Outbreak.

1. Весь медицинский персонал должен вносить свой вклад в борьбу с вирусом если нет пациентов с критическим состоянием. Уничтожение вирусной угрозы становиться приоритетом "номер один";

2. Необходимо уведомить персонал о симптомах вируса. При проявлении симптомов следует сразу отправиться в медицинский отсек;

3. Все зараженные должны находиться в Вирусологии или выделенной карантинной комнате;

4. Каждый зараженный должен сдать образец крови на исследования;

5. Если зараженные попытаются покинуть Медицинский отсек необходимо немедленно инициировать карантин всего мед бея(кнопка в офисе СМО). Отрывать медбей только в случае появления снаружи новых зараженных или победы над вирусом;

6. Лекарство должно быть найдено и использовано для исцеления как минимум одного зараженного, его кровь после исцеления следует использовать для создания вакцины;

7. Как только вакцина будет создана ее необходимо ввести всем зараженным;

8. Образец крови из которого создана вакцина необходимо держать в холодильнике на случай второй вспышки;

9. Если зараженные выделяют на пол/стены свои жидкости очищение от этих жидкостей является приоритетом "номер один";

10. По окончанию вспышке весь персонал возвращается к своему обычному распорядку дня.

Метеоритный Шторм

• Экипаж должен проследовать в Центральный Холл для вашей же безопасности;

• Любой ремонт следует начинать по окончании шторма по причинам безопасности;

• Членам экипажа находящимся снаружи станции следует вернуться в нее;

• В случае короткого шторма Инженеры должны начать починку как можно быстрее;

• В случае продолжительного шторма восстановление не критически важных частей/зон станции не рекомендуется,экипаж должен оставаться в Центральном Холле и все усилия должны быть направлены на поддержание целостности этой зоны. Шаттл должен быть вызван при первой возможности, экстренное отбытие шатла разрешено.

Нарушение условий содержания Сингулярности

The Gravitational Singularity is to be tracked at all costs. If the Gravitational Singularity heads towards the main station, the NTV Charon is to be called. If the Gravitational Singularity heads off-station, damage done to the station should be taken into consideration. See below:

• В случае серьезного повреждения станции вызвать шаттл;

• В случае небольшого повреждения/ маленькой сингулярити, следует вызвать ЕРТ или просто восстановить условия содержания компетентной командой Инженеров

Tesla Containment Failure

• The Tesla Matrix is to be tracked at all costs, and its current location announced to the crew;

• If the Tesla Matrix remains inside the Cyberiad rather than arcing into space, the Charon is to be called

Supermatter Delamination Event

• The Supermatter Crystal is to be vented to space;

• In such a case as the Supermatter Crystal containment was not equipped with a way to space the Crystal, the area around the Crystal is to be evacuated, and all personnel involved in the construction fired and brigged for Sabotage

Объявление Войны Синдикатом

• Все ограничения на вооружение сняты. Бипски и другие Охранные Роботы должны быть перепрограммированы в соответствии с этой директивой;

• Отдел поставок должен заказывать как можно больше оружия. Служба безопасности является приоритетом при распределении вооружения среди экипажа;

• Отдел Исследований должен быть задействован. Без исключений. Ученые обязаны работать в тандеме с шахтерами и производить оружие и оборудование для войны с синдикатом;

• Возведение баррикад в критически важных местах очень желательно;

• Харон можно вызвать по решению Командования. Если станция не получила серьезных повреждений рекомендуется продолжить смену.

Обнаруженная Революция

• Персонал должен оказывать любое содействие Службе Безопасности, если это не нарушает Космический Закон. Нарушение директивы влечет за собой арест, допрос, как и возможную установку импланта защиты разума с указания Главы Безопасности или Заместителя ГБ;

• Всему персоналу сидящему в бриге за преступления уровня 2xx и выше следует установить импланты защиты разума. Если возможных революционеров больше, чем сотрудников СБ, разрешается устанавливать имплант любому члену экипажа;

• Разрешено применение летального оружия если число революционеров вдвое больше числа лоялистов и революционеры настроены агрессивно.
